Once you order a pen, the label is automatically put into a system that wil produce a laser etched stamp. Since this is a personalized stamp, this cannot be returned and if you make an error on the information that you want on the stamp, then this cannot be returned, but you can purchase a new stamp and metal casing at the "Accessories" section of our website.
If you are dissatisfed with your product when you received it you may return it to the address below within 14 days of receipt. There is a $12.50 restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of the personalized rubber stamp that cannot be used for another cutomers.
